Medical Examiner A. Quinn Strobl is a Fentanyl expert. She authored several articles about the deadly opioid. As you can see in detail #72 the ME expected to see low levels of the drug in Prince’s stomach, due to the significant amount that had already traveled to thru his body and blood stream.
In detail #73 the ME must have been shocked to see the “extremely high level of Fentanyl” in Prince’s stomach. The experienced Chief Medical Examiner’s initial assumption was wrong, yet this shocking finding is glossed over as if it were not a clear, smoking gun. The statement that the drug was ingested orally seems innocuous enough until it is jammed together with “the extremely high level of fentanyl” and compounded with “left no doubt.” Actually, that means no pills were found in Prince’s stomach! Sergeant DeWitt Meier is a crafty, lying SOB.
Read this following compound sentence slowly again. Yikes! The Medical Examiner did not even find any pills. Look at how these lies are written and crammed together in a very odd, carefully crafted sentence. Separate, multiple details are buried together and combined as if it makes sense in a convoluted, odd sentence.
“She said that the extremely high level of fentanyl in the stomach contents left no doubt the drug was ingested orally by Prince in pill form.”
The sentence is obviously an attempt to hide the fact that no pills were even found in Prince’s stomach. The Fentanyl was likely in clear gel form, from the medical transdermal patches and mixed into a water bottle or other beverage. No investigation seems to have been conducted to resolve these suspicious findings.
Chief Medical examiner A. Quinn Stobel is also a Certified Forensic Pathologist. There is not mention about the actual time of death in the investigation, only the time Prince was found. She also confounded medical experts when she neglected to obtain fingerprints from Prince, which is standard in an unwitnessed death. No one seems to have asked her to be accountable for these strange death case defects.

No pills were found, but Prince extremely high levels of Fentanyl in his body. These alleged pills were never found in other overdose victims, making the toxicology report from the coroner even more suspect.
It is possible that Prince didn’t ingest the pill(s) in pill form. He very well could have crushed it and snorted it. Many people who are highly addicted to pain medication eventually have to modify the way they are taking the drug because at some point the same dosage/milligram will no longer be enough and they will need more of the drug. So some people turn to crushing pills and snorting them because it hits the system quicker rather than swallowing a pill. While others eventually start to use the drug intravenously to get their fix. Pain pill addiction almost always leads to using heroin. And heroin is very easily cut with fentanyl…. This entire situation is extremely sad considering they did not press charges because they have no suspect. Is it not odd to anyone else that after meeting with the doctor, Prince OD, either in the next few days or the next few hours. Either way, both times he overdosed. I’m extremely curious about the 1st od and the medication that caused it. And also, the rehabilitation doctor had a baggie of mixed pills in his backpack? What is that about? Was it going to be used as a way to maybe coax Prince into a rehab treatment center? Or to be given to him throughout the docs visit to help keep Prince “Comfortable” and “not in a state of withdrawal”? There are so many questions that have went unanswered.

Just found your site. It freaks me out, all those details. As a fan it is all so painful to read how things (seem not) happened, but at the same time very fan like interesting to see more about his life at Paisley and with other people. Being human is a strange system.
About the pills, I read yesterday this link; (can not paste a link here?). Search for “daily mail images released of prince dead inside his Paisley”. Halfway down the page here is a picture of white powder on a desk, and a bended spoon next it. Text says that “it’s not clear what the substance is”. To me it looks like there has been excessive force on the spoon to bend it like that, which happens while crushing hard pills.
Another thing is the rug of carpet (?). The rug supposed to be IN the elevator, but in the video prince was laying on it, kind of wrapped in it OUTside the elevator.

The death investigation details and mistakes are horrific. Fentanyl has no real taste, and Prince was tricked into taking one of the prescribed pills from Dr. Schulenberg with poisoned water in the SUV. Prince died right after the doctor visit on the 20th.

I smell a big RAT. Contradiction after contradiction. Why the cover up? They have all failed in their duty of care not to mention being dishonest. They disgust me. Tell the damn truth!!
Nothing really odd about her findings once you understand he could have taken as little as 1-2 pills-which would have dissolved easily, circulated a dosage in his bloodstream high enough in toxicity to kill him….while leaving a higher concentration in his stomach.
What IS odd is one, that no pills were actually found. Two, that liquid ingestion was never even ruled out. Three, that Prince did not get an IV as he requested, so he had pills prescribed instead which he had to consume with liquid. Four, that extreme levels was more than the M.E. was expecting yet it is simply ignored. Five, if the Fentanyl was consumed in liquid, it would be murder, and CCSO would have to actually investigate. Interesting, do you think so?

There were pills found around Paisley Park, but none in his stomach. Prince had very high levels of Fentanyl in his stomach, blood, liver. But no pills were found in his stomach.
It could have been put in Prince’s beverage or water. It would be easy for someone to put something in his water during the runs to the pharmacy. And when Prince returned to the car after the appointment, he may have drank it unknowingly to take the medication just prescribed to him. Kirk did not want Prince to get Valium via IV although it was what Prince requested. Isn’t that interesting?
Very interesting, how it all was set up so Prince had to have pills, and not an IV as he requested.
