Carver County Attorney Mark Metz, the prosecuting attorney in Prince’s death investigation ran unopposed in the recent election, his third term.  How ridiculous is the state of Minnesota?  It is well known the failures of law enforcement with the press coverage of rape kits going untested, and the shootings without any charges.  One of MM’s responsibilities is to avoid any appearance of bias or inappropriate conflict of interest.

Kari Metz is a member at Life Time Fitness Chanhassan Location where Kirk Johnson works. Mark Metz’s wife adores Kirk Johnson, he is her personal trainer.  Several Chanhassan residents have said that Mark Metz is also a member of that fitness club.  No one believes that when Prince of Chanhassan died, that he didn’t not discuss it with his wife, Kari Metz.  His wife has a friendly and flirty relationship with the person of interest, Kirk Johnson.  They are connected on Facebook, and make flirty comments on each other’s photos.  All of their contacts can see this.  All of Kirk Johnson’s Facebook friends know this.  All of Kari Metz’s Facebook friends also know about this.  How inappropriate!

When it was discovered, Kari Metz sent in a co-worker to spy on the Prince Facebook groups.  It was quickly discovered, and the person was booted swiftly.  See the documentation enclosed.  Clearly, Kari Metz was aware that this was something that could damage the reputation of her husband, Mark Metz.

When Prosecutor Mark Metz went on national television to announce that it was his decision, and his decision alone whether to charge or not charge persons related to the Prince death case.  His responsibility is a huge one, this is the world stage.  At this press conference, all of them looked uncomfortable as Metz continued, and congratulated themselves on turning over every stone.  We all know that Carver County Sheriff’s Office failed to secure the fingerprints of Prince, and failed to secure Paisley Park, letting it be overrun and pillaged by people who had no business being there.  Once Prince passed, they are no longer employees, no longer work at Paisley Park.  Out of the five huge investigation files, the mother lode is buried in the end, File 5.  However, Prince’s fans went over everything, more than once.

Rather than look at New York Times link you referenced in your letter, why didn’t you look at the actual files?  Oh, is it because Carver County Sheriff’s Office took them down, and they are no longer available to you nor the public?  Law enforcement not following the law.  How ironic, seems too typical for Minnesota state agencies.  The fans knew this would happen, the Prince investigation Files have been saved many times over, to the cloud, our hard drives, and republished online.  CCSO is trying to hide their botched investigation, and Mark Metz is playing along.  So these public servants are safe, but what about the citizens of Minnesota?  Look at how BOTCHED the investigation was.  Since CCSO is hiding the files, refer to below web links.

It is well known that Prince was murdered, everyone knows this case has a stench to it.  Looking forward to seeing your reply in the response forthcoming.  Apparently, this appeal is passed along to another, different attorney to review.  Let’s hope it is not more of the same.  Your state is looking at Prince like a commodity, there is money pouring in for the hotels, car rentals, restaurants.  I know, I traveled there firsthand myself to see what the situation is.  Nice place, clean but the people are so comfortable with themselves, and their small view.  Many Prince fans have observed and commented that the place is full of backward folks, and I agree with that assessment.  Look at Minnesota’s law enforcement track record.  And all of those guilty, passive faces at the press conference.

Carver County Sheriff’s Office, and prosecutor Mark Metz know the truth.  Stand up for what is right.  The investigation was botched, period.  How could the Chief Medical Examiner forget to fingerprint Prince?!?  Are you kidding me?  Wow, a systematic fail all along the chain gang.  Did you listen to the audio interviews?  The agreeable yet stick to what I ask you, don’t tell me anything more is truly sickening of so called Lead Detective Christina Wagner.  More online discussion at: Lipstick Alley

Are you familiar with the files and the audio interviews?  Have you heard what Prince’s former business managers have to say about possible embezzlement from Prince?  Please listen to Prince’s former business manager Debra Johnson and former chief of staff Theo London.

Also, listen to the audio interview with Paisley Park insider, Vera Morgan who called the CCSO phone tip line.  CCSO bragged about contacting even the psychics that called in with tips, yet detectives failed to interview Paisley Park staff who heard that Prince died the night before?

No one, certainly not Prosecuting County Mark Metz wants to call it for what it is.  Around the entire world, Prince fans and many others, we know that Prince was murdered, and this is being sweep under the carpet.  The investigators know that they failed to get the computer evidence that would have saved taxpayers all that time and money wasted.

Computer & Fingerprints

When traveling to Chanhassen, even the Sun County Airline representative that was helping with flight reservations said that she and everyone she knows is wondering what is going on.  She said that everyone that knows Prince knows that he has certain beliefs and superstitions, that he does not get into elevators alone.  She said Prince would make someone go with him, everyone that grew up with him knows this.  Sun County is a Minnesota state based airline.  Come on, in that bumpkin area, even the retiring, I’m out of there, car salesman turned law enforcement, Sheriff Jim Olson’s wife is in Kirk Johnson’s girlfriend’s “Quilting Patterns from Iceland” sewing club.  Let’s be real.  Why wasn’t Prince taken to Hazelden Betty Ford Treatment Center in Chaska, Minnesota which is 7 minutes away from Paisley Park?

This case is a big can of smelly worms, several broadcast networks are looking into this.  One day this entire fiasco will be on the crime mystery shows.  Or gets the attention of hard hitting journalists like Ronan Farrow, or Geraldo Rivera.  A book is coming out this month, publishing the entire investigation files.  How is it that so many photos were taken, but there is not a single answer.  Wow.  How shameful, yet CCSO stands up there at the press conference patting themselves on the back, claiming every stone was overturned.  At what point do those pasty faces turn red?  After that pathetic performance, they all filed out without taking any questions.  And these are decision makers, the authority?  Honestly, this case need to get the hell of that Fargo town, like we all wish Prince would have done.  Below is a list of some of the disturbing case items.

1. 1. Concealed, investigation files now hidden from public, not following state sunshine laws.
   2. Prince’s anti-anxiety medication found in Kirk Johnson’s kitchen cabinet.
   3. April 14, 2014 KJ gets 2 prescriptions written, by 2 different doctors, and filled at 2 different pharmacies; all this the same day before traveling to Atlanta where Prince dies the first time before being revived.
   4. Prince’s computers accessed, files deleted and fingerprints never taken before Prince was rush cremated in under 30 hours, as recommended by CCSO.
   5. NPG Club stairs photo sent by Kirk Johnson on April 20th, 2016 was intended for whom, and why?
   6. Called a clear, smoking gun, the press reported a massive amount, either 11,000 and 14,000 (depending on which news article) of Fentanyl in Prince’s stomach alone. Toxicology report was leaked to the Associated Press.
   7. Prince’s assistant Meron Burke was asked and answered at least 3 different times that she and Kirk Johnson were inside Paisley Park until 10 or 10:30. KJ claims to dropped off Prince at 8 pm.  CCSO also announced that Prince was dropped off at 8 pm.  However, CCSO did not resolve this either.
   8. Shaun Powell, mystery security guard was never interviewed, Sheila heard that SP found the body, yet this is not followed up on because Shaun doesn’t call back ?! Was it Shawn, and not Schulenberg that was meant to get the NPG stairs photo?
   9. Kari Metz relationship with person of interest, conflict of interest for prosecuting attorney Mark Metz in covering up this botched case.
   10. Hazelden Treatment Center is 7 minutes, 4 miles away from Paisley Park. Waiting on emergency help flying out on a red eye, really?  Talk within Paisley Park employees is that Prince was already dead.
